Amy Hite is a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Alexander Technique Teacher residing in Temecula, CA.  Amy completed her Alexander Technique training with the Contemporary Alexander School run by Robyn Avalon in 2019.  During her training, she completed two internships at the Meadowmount School of Music in New York, where she had the opportunity to work with violinists, violists,  cellists, and pianists from all over the world.  She then went on to study Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) with Prue Jeffries in Encinitas, CA, and completed a 700-hour certification to become a BCST practitioner in 2023.  Amy also holds a music degree and teaches piano lessons. She enjoys playing music, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two terriers.
