"There is only one way of saying what the work is and what we are doing. We are giving Nature her opportunity. This is a definition allowing for change and growth." - F.M. Alexander
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on therapy that facilitates the body's innate healing processes, restoring physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. CST practitioners listen to the body's tidal rhythms, which are expressions of intrinsic health, allowing them to express more fully throughout the body. This leads to a state of increased integration and health in the whole system, thus alleviating symptoms of trauma, disease, and dysfunction.

Alexander Technique is a form of movement re-education that helps us move with more freedom and ease. It teaches us to change life habits that cause habitual holding patterns, which may be causing pain or holding us back from our full potential, and to live with intention and mindfulness as we go about our daily lives in a more integrated way. It can be applied to any activity, from walking, housecleaning, and computer use to playing an instrument or sport.
